Year Started at Les Frame: 2014

I oversee the operations at several properties, totaling 800+ home sites, 14 employees including park managers, office assistants, and maintenance personnel. Some of my direct responsibilities include hiring and training new staff, conducting monthly meetings, monitoring expenses, maintaining physical assets and overseeing capital improvement projects for my properties.

I love the people I work with. We are a team of individuals focused on our mission of improving people’s lives. We know how many hats we wear as community managers, and we are always striving to find practical solutions for all that happens in our “small cities.” Each park is like a small city!

In my free time I love to write songs, sing, play the guitar and speak at different events about my struggles with infertility, the pain and depression I lived after losing my first baby and how God gave me two miracle kids!
